Radhika asks and the AoIR universe provides!

peanut butter wiki

Which will she choose?

If one wants to use the same software (wiki-engine) that runs wikipedia, here's MediaWiki.

yes! maybe I'll even keep up, this time. ;-/

dont worry about keeping up - it gets busy sometimes and so it slows down.

Might be interested to get students to think in terms of "net art" and mass media - and get them to design stuff ... just a thought

in any case we can try some class collaborations (my ug class is on computer-mediated cultures and organizations) let's "talk" via LJ if you like. Use a combo of wiki and LJ community or something... if it works out it works out - if not its okay .

My students will also be doing a service learning type activity working with a local community center to help them think through a plan for a website and design sample templates for them ...

ah, you're gonna try and wean me back to LJ! I know, diction. Wean is getting off of something, but what do you call getting on/in to something? Some synonym along the lines of nurture, perhaps.
