corporate bloggers

Some comments from Paul Jones, which he describes as: “not an official reading, but i blogged about a session on corporate blogging held at the O’Reilly Camp this fall. the upside is several links to corporate blogs and references to current corporate bloggers and the issues they, the corporate bloggers, see as important.”

He asks, ” (why does internal suck so badly)” and this is what I want to know or if it has to be true? Stereotype? Bad facilitation? Bad interpersonal skills? visibility of personality quirks, idiosyncracies, and (what I call teasingly) pathologies?
and does it have to be so? It has not been the case with the blogs I’ve done with my IPC classes. Current one is rocking.
