And, this link is very promising - monthly parliamentary meetings in Strasbourg, which is right on the border with Germany.

The Legislative Observatory. "Activities of the institutions includes daily schedules of the monthly plenary sessions in Strasbourg.

A lot of the coding is by national flag, here's Turkey's, and some info on the Turkish language. They are not represented in the plenaries as they're not members yet. :-(

There's an "official journal" called the OJ C (Communications). But I can't seem to find a link to it, even though it says they post its table of contents.... :-(

Except :-( it looks like hard sciences, not social sciences. sigh I think I found them yesterday, too. Must be some way to network through them...
